Female police station head Aarti Kumari said that on the application of the victim, an FIR has been registered against the accused. The arrested accused is being interrogated. After getting information about the incident, he will be sent to judicial custody.
Girl found with father of two children
It is said that the victim suddenly disappeared from her house. After this, his mother searched a lot but could not find him, so she informed the villagers about the entire incident. After this, people in the village started searching for the girl. During the search, the girl was recovered from the father of two children in Simesipur village. When the family members interrogated the girl, she narrated her ordeal. After this everyone was stunned. The villagers immediately caught the accused and beat him severely.
Police should give harshest punishment to the accused
During interrogation, the victim told that the accused lured her out of the house on the pretext of marriage and took her to his village Seemaisipur. After this he raped her. On receiving the information, the village people and family members recovered the girl from the accused’s house. Where the victim’s mother has filed an FIR for rape under the POCSO Act. Villagers say that the police should take this matter seriously and give the harshest punishment to the accused. The victim’s family members say that the girl is in shock after the incident.
